Growel Investment Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on May 26, 2008, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Appoint new statutory auditor in place of existing auditor of the Company.

2. Adopt new set of Articles of Association in place of existing Article of Association.
