GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on June 13, 2008, have appointed M/s. Chaturvedi & Shah, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai and M/s. Yeolekar & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as Joint Auditors of the Company in place of M/s. Bansi S Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, retiring Auditors, to hold the office from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting i.e. June 13, 2008 till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
