Gujarat Foils Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 14, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Appointment of Shri. Abhay Lodha, Shri. Vimal Somani and Shri. Pradeep Saxena as additional directors of the Company.

2. Resignation of Shri. Praduman Kumar as director of the Company.
