Gujarat Glass Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2008, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share of face value of Rs 10/- each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, the following changes in Directors of the Company:

a. Mr. Gautam Doshi has resigned as Director of the Company.

b. Mr. Jiten Doshi has been appointed as Director of the Company w.e.f. April 29, 2008.
