Gujarat JHM Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on July 16, 2008 have approved the special resolution to delist the fully paid up equity shares of the Company from Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd, pursuant to the receipt of letter dated May 17, 2008 from JHM Hotels LLC, promoters of the Company, informing their intention to acquire the outstanding publicly held shares of the Company and delist the shares of the Company from Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd.
