Gujarat Terce Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 20, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following business in addition to normal business agenda:

1. To appoint independent Directors.

2. To increase authorized equity capital.

3. To issue equity shares on a preferential basis or to consider issuing equity shares on a rights basis.
