Hanil Era Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Company expect to finish and publish the Audited Financial Result for the accounting year ended on March 31, 2008 by June 30, 2008.
1. Hence the meeting of the Board at Directors of the Company will not be held to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2008.
2. The Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company Will be held on or before June 30, 2008 to consider the Audited Financial Results for the accounting year ended on March 31, 2008.
