Haryana Financial Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Corporation have issued / allotted 6,57,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each (at par) as per details, to the Governor of Haryana (State Govt.) on March 31, 2008 against the share capital contribution of Rs 65,75,00,000/- received from the State Govt. during the year 2007-08 under section 4 & 6 of SFCs (Amendment) Act, 2000.
