HB Estate Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Company would publish audited financial results for the fourth and last quarter and year ended March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008, and accordingly there will be no publication of unaudited financial results for the last quarter (i.e. quarter ended March 31, 2008).
