Hercules Hoists Ltd has informed BSE that the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2008 will be published in May, 2008 and the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held in May, 2008, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company.

Accordingly, the Company is not publishing the Unaudited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2008 of the Company in April, 2008.
