Heritage Foods India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to publish audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008 before the end of June 2008, (i.e. within three months from the close of the financial year), un-audited financial results for the last quarter of the year ended March 31, 2008 will not be published.
