Hexaware Technologies - Grant of Options
Hexaware Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board / Compensation Committee of the Board at its meeting held on June 02, 2008, have granted 61,20,749 Stock Options, convertible into equal number of equity shares of the Company, under the Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2007 to the employees of the Company (including employees of the subsidiary Companies) at a price of Rs 61.40, being the closing price on National Stock Exchange, a Stock Exchange having highest trading volume on Friday, being the working day prior to the date of grant of options.
