Hexaware Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Remuneration & Compensation Committee of the Board at its meeting held on June 30, 2008 granted following options convertible into equal number of equity shares of the Company, under the Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2002 to the employees of the Company (including employees of the subsidiary Companies) as per the terms mentioned against the same.
