Himalya International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 14, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To place before the Board the quarterly results as on March 31, 2008.

2. To approve the expenditure incurred up to March 31, 2008 on various projects / expansion programs.

3. To consider and approve agreements / contracts with different Companies for expansion of domestic markets.

4. To review expansion projects.
