Himatsingka Seide Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors vide their Circular Resolution dated May 27, 2008 have re-appointed Mr. Shrikant Himatsingka, as a Executive Director, for a further period of 5 years w.e.f. June 03, 2008, liable to retire by rotation. His appointment will be placed for approval before the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
