Hind Rectifiers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 24, 2008, inter alia, has recommended the following:

1. Issue of Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of one Equity Share for each Equity Shares held.

2. Dividend of 100% i.e. Rs 2.00 per share.
