Hindoostan Spinning Weaving Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2008, inter alia, have confirmed the following changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company have been approved :

Mr. Raoul S Thackersey resigned as Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2008 but will continue as Vice Chairman of the Company.
