Hindusthan Udyog Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has opted to publish Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2008 within a period of three months (3 months) from the close of its Financial year ended on March 31, 2008. In view of this the Company will not prepare and publish Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
