Hittco Tools Ltd has informed BSE that the Company intend to publish Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 in lieu of publishing the Quarterly unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended March 31, 2008. The Board Meeting for consideration of the Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 will be held on June 30, 2008.
