Honda Siel Power Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Company proposes to publish Audited Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2008 in May - June 2008 hence Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended March 31, 2008 required to be published by April 30, 2008 shall not be published.
