IBN18 Broadcast Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to an Order dated May 13, 2008, the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi has directed a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on June 27, 2008, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between Jagran TV Pvt Ltd and BK Fincap Pvt Ltd and ibn18 Broadcast Ltd (”Transferee Company”)and their respective shareholders and creditors.
