Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2008, have decided to seek approval of members to increase the existing limit of 2% to 5% for grant of equity shares of the Company under its Employee Stock Option Scheme.
