IDFC - Grant of Options
Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) has informed BSE that on April 04, 2008, pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007, the Company had granted 29,75,000 options to its employees to subscribe 29,75,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 121.64 per equity shares. The vesting of options is spread over a period of 3 years at the ratio detailed below:
