IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 01, 2008, inter alia, has approved the issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of One Equity Share for every Two Shares held.
However, such Bonus Shares shall not be eligible for dividend for the year ended March 31, 2008.
