IMP Powers Ltd has informed BSE that it is proposed by the Company to consider and approve the conversion of 100000 Warrants into Equity Shares and issue the same to Mangalam Laboratories Pvt Ltd who have exercised the option of converting warrants into Equity Shares and have remitted the amount due and payable for this purpose

It is proposed by the Company to complete this by way of CIRCULAR RESOLUTION, instead of conducting the board meeting.
