India Cements - FY 08 results on Jun 30, 2008
India Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, to consider audited accounts for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2008. The Audit Committee of the Board will review the accounts at a meeting to be held earlier to the Board Meeting, on the same day.
The Board of Directors at the said meeting will also consider payment of dividend on the equity shares for 2007-08.
