India Foils Ltd has informed BSE that Madras Aluminium Company Ltd, the current promoter has decided to join hands with ESS DEE Aluminium Ltd to work towards the revival of the Company through a Rehabilitation Scheme in consultation with the Operating Agency and subject to Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) and other regulatory approvals as may be necessary.
