With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 05, 2008, Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has informed BSE that Indiabulls Properties Investment Trust (”IPIT”) (a business trust registered under the laws of Singapore) is contemplating offer of its units for subscription by the investors, including the public in Singapore, by way of an initial public offering in Singapore (”IPO”) and has lodged its Prospectus with Monetary Authority of Singapore on May 08, 2008.
