With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 09, 2008, Indian Hotels Company Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on June 19, 2008, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008, has now been re-scheduled to June 23, 2008 due to unavoidable circumstances.
