IndiaNivesh Ltd has informed BSE that “Krishnadeep Marketing Services Pvt Ltd” (KMSPL) has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company consequent upon acquiring the entire equity share capital of KMSPL involving an aggregate investment of Rs 1,00,000/-.

Also, “IndiaNivesh Management Consultants Pvt Ltd” (INMCPL) has became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company consequent upon acquiring remaining 5,000 equity shares of INMCPL involving aggregate investment of Rs 50,000/-.
