Indo Amines Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 29, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider the proposal of re-appointment of Mr. Vijay Palkar as a Managing Director of the Company.

2. To consider the proposal of re-appointment of Mr. Rahul Palkar, as an Executive Director of the Company.

3. To consider the proposal of re-appointment of Mr. Kirit Shah as a Whole Time Director of the Company.
