Industrial Cables India Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on March 03, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To seek the Voluntary Delisting of the Equity Shares of the Company from Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd, Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd, Ludhiana Stock Exchange Ltd and Jaipur Stock Exchange Ltd, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.

2. To alter the Articles of Association of the Company.
