Industrial Cables India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 03, 2008, have accorded approval by way of special resolution for the following:

1. Delisting of equity shares of the Company from all the Stock Exchanges.

2. Alteration in the Articles of Association for Dematerialisation of Equity Shares of the Company.
