Industrial Cables India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 03, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to seek the Voluntary Delisting of the Equity Shares of the Company from Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd, Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd, Ludhiana Stock Exchange Ltd and Jaipur Stock Exchange Ltd.
