Industrial & Prudential Investment Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 07, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 120 per cent i.e. Rs 12.00 per share on 5,81,780 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company will be held on June 25, 2008.
