Insilco Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have passed a resolution by circulation to close down permanently the Patalganga Plant of the Company w.e.f. June 25, 2008.

The Patalganga Plant of the Company has been consistently incurring losses and it is impossible to continue to run operations at the Patalganga Plant.
