Interfit Techno Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is intend to approve and take on record the audited balance sheet for the year ended March 31, 2008 and the Company are going to convene the Board Meeting to approve and take on record the Audited Balance Sheet in the month of June 2008 and publish the same as soon as the meeting is over.
