A C Gupta & Associates, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi as Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Dinesh Sharma & Associates, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, to hold the office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
