IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 29, 2008, to discuss following agenda:

1. To consider publication of financial results of the company in accordance with Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.

2. To consider to approach the Central Government for claiming exemption under Section 2l2 (8) of the Companies Act, 1956.

3. To empower the Sub-committee of the Company for investing.

4. To appoint Company Secretary as Compliance Officer.
