IRB Infrastructure - Updates
IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received an official communication from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd (”MSRDC”) by way of a Letter of Acceptance (”LoA”) dated March 26, 2008 whereby MSRDC has accepted the Company’s Price Bid and has declared it as the “successful bidder” for the Integrated Road Development Program (”IRDP”) in the City of Kolhapur, Maharashtra with the Company’s offer of Negative grant of Rs 27 Crore for a total fixed concession period of thirty years from the appointed date. Now the Company is required to form a Special Purpose Vehicle as per provisions of the bid within 30 days of LoA.
