ISMT Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2008, have allotted 21,08,627 Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each fully paid at a premium of Rs 42.50 per share to the warrantholders who had opted and applied for the Equity Shares and whose applications were found valid.
