ISMT Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 19, 2008 have allotted 21,08,627 Equity Shares to the 3787 Warrant holders who have opted their option holding 21,08,627 Warrants. The Committee have not allotted any Equity Shares to the 4205 Warrant holders holding 5,93,595 warrants who have not opted and applied for the same.

Accordingly, 27,02,222 Warrants issued on January 21, 2006 cease to exist on record of the Company with immediate effect.
