Ispat Profiles India Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the communication received from IFCI Ltd, nominating Shri. Nitin C Borkute, Assistant General Manager, IFCI Ltd, as Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of the Company, in place of Shri. R C Pandey, the Board of the Directors of the Company have, at their meeting held on April 28, 2008, appointed Shri. Nitin C Borkute as Director of the Company.
