Ispat Profiles India Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:

“Subject to matters stated in -

Para No. 2, 4(a), (b), 8, 9 & 10 of notes to Quarterly & half yearly result.

Impact of Para 2, 8, 9 & 10 referred above on the quarterly & half yearly result are not ascertainable. However had the effect of matters stated in para 4(a) & (b) been given, the loss would have been as shown in para 4(c) of Notes to quarterly & half yearly result.”
