ITD Cementation India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing the Audited Results for the year ended December 31, 2007 within the statutory period of 3 months i.e. on or before March 31, 2008 instead of publishing Unaudited Results for the last quarter within 30 days from the end of the quarter.
