IVR Prime Urban Developers Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into the Joint Development Agreement for construction of high rise residential apartments. The 9.6 acre gated community project at Kukatpally, comprises a built up area of 1.325 million Sft and a parking area for 1200 cars. The Rs 386 Crores project consists of a 2 bed room apartments of 1250 Sft, 3 bedroom apartments of 1500 Sft and 4 bedroom apartment of 1800 Sft each. Amenities such as Clubhouse, Jogging Track, Landscaped open Spaces etc will add value to the project. The Project is designed to satisfy the growing residential property demand from India’s emerging Middle Classes in the key Cyberabad growth corridor.

The Company is also set to Foray into the city of Visakhapatnam with its real estate development at Vedurvada, located near the Vizag Steel Plant. The Project is named Misty Woods and is spread in the area of 130 acres. The location is surrounded by the 6000 acre Naval and Air Force Academy and upcoming SEZ of Achutapuram. Companies like Brandixs Apparel Park, HPCL, Pokarna granites, St.Gobain etc are a part of this SEZ.

The Rs 300 Crores project comprise of 1500 affordable Independent homes in a well planned layout. The total Built up Area of the venture is around 1.22 Million Sft. Each plot size would measure upto 200 sq. yds with a built up area of 815 sft. in a single level. Amenities like club house, landscaped open Spaces, Primary school etc will be the value additions to the project.

The Company’s ongoing projects include the Thyme Park Project at Bangalore which is spread in the area of 8 acres which is being built at a cost of Rs 110 Crores. It comprises of 490 flats in 9 elegantly planned buildings with 727 Car Parks with amenities like 40′ wide internal roads, swimming pool and a club house. The total built up area of the project is going to be 5.26 Lacs Sq.ft out which construction of 1.41 Lacs Sq.ft is completed.
