J K Paper Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 26, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial year (9 months) ended March 31, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, at the abovementioned Board Meeting, the Board of Directors would also consider recommendation of dividend for the Financial year (9 months) ended March 31, 2008.
