Jai Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2008, inter alia, has recommended the appointment of Shri. Anand Jain, who was appointed as Additional Director on September 24, 2007 as a Director of the Company.
The appointment is subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
