Jai Corp - Change in Directorate
Jai Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board has accepted the resignation of Shri. Virendra Jain as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from June 04, 2008. However, Shri. Virendra Jain will continue to remain on the Board as a Non-executive Director and has been appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors in their meeting held on June 04, 2008, have appointed Shri. Gaurav Jain, as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from June 04, 2008, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
The Board has also accepted the resignation of Shri. Satyapal Jain as a Director of the Company with effect from June 04, 2008.
