Jayavant Products - Shifting of Registered office
Jayavant Products Ltd has informed BSE that as per the special resolution passed through the postal ballot the results of which were declared on May 18, 2007, it was decided to shift the registered office of the Company from Karnataka to Maharashtra. The Company had filed a petition before the Company Law Board, Southern Region Bench, Chennai for shifting of the registered office from the State of Karnataka to the State of Maharashtra and the Company Law Board confirmed the shifting of the Registered office from Karnataka to Maharashtra vide its order dated December 11, 2007.
The Company has shifted the registered office of the Company from Jayavant House, Ground Floor, Azad Road, Near C.B.T., Hubli, Karnataka ? 580 020 to 1401, Raheja Centre, Free Pree Journal Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai w.e.f. January 07, 2008. The shifting has been registered by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra.
